Abstract:
A waste heat recovery device (6) is provided with a pipeline (61), a compressed air heat exchanger (621), an exhaust air heat exchanger (622), an expansion machine (63), a condenser (64), and a pump (65). A working fluid flowing through the pipeline (61) is R4310mee. The working fluid is heated using supply air to a motor (3) as a heat source in the compressed air heat exchanger (621), and heated using exhaust air from the motor (3) as a heat source and gasified in the exhaust air heat exchanger (622). The expansion machine (63) expands the gaseous working fluid and recovers mechanical energy. The expanded working fluid is condensed and liquefied in the condenser (64), and fed to the compressed air heat exchanger (621) by the pump (65). In the waste heat recovery device (6), the R4310mee that is the working fluid has thermal stability even at approximately 500°C. Accordingly, waste heat can be efficiently and stably recovered from the exhaust air that is a relatively high-temperature heat source from the motor (3).
