Abstract:
A waste heat recovery system of a steam sterilization pot. The waste heat recovery system comprises a steam sterilization pot, a steam generator, a first heat exchanger, and a water supply motor, and is mainly characterized in that high-temperature hot water condensed and generated when high-temperature steam in the steam sterilization pot sterilizes is guided into the first heat exchanger; then external normal-temperature water is guided into the first heat exchanger to exchange heat with the high-temperature hot water, and the temperature is increased; then the water of which the temperature is increased is pumped by means of the water supply motor into the steam generator for heating to generate high-temperature steam, and then the high-temperature steam is conveyed into the steam sterilization pot for sterilization, thus reducing the heating energy consumption of the steam generator by recovering the waste heat of the waste water discharged by the steam sterilization pot, thereby achieving the purpose of saving energy.
