Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent clogging in devices or piping by tar or the like and to efficiently obtain a good-quality oil. A waste-plastic oil creation device 1 comprises: a pyrolysis tank 2 that pyrolizes and gasifies a waste plastic; a gas cooler 3 that cools a pyrolysis gas produced by the pyrolysis tank to produce an oil; and a circulation tank 4 that collects produced oil produced by the gas cooler and causes part of the produced oil to circulate to the gas cooler. The waste plastic liquefaction device 1 is characterized in that: the circulation tank 4 comprises a temperature adjustment device 41 for maintaining the temperature of the produced oil in the circulation tank 4 at a prescribed temperature range in the circulation tank 4; the temperature adjustment device 41 includes a cooling pipe 42 that is attached to the circulation tank 4; a centrifugal separator 5 is connected to the circulation tank 4; and the centrifugal separator 5 removes impurities, including water and tar, from the produced oil in the circulation tank 4 and returns the produced oil to the circulation tank 4.
