Abstract:
According to the present invention, unmelted portions do not become stuck or solidified inside a device, thus allowing stable and continuous operation. In addition, the efficiency of oilification and reduction can be enhanced. Furthermore, a long screw feeder is not required, and thus, the size of a plant can be reduced. This continuous plastic oilification and reduction device is configured such that melting equipment for melting crushed pieces of waste plastic, decomposition equipment for further heating and thereby gasifying the molten waste plastic, equipment for recovering, as produced oil, the gas extracted from the decomposition equipment, and residue recovering equipment for recovering residue from the decomposition equipment are sequentially connected, and the conveyance of waste plastic in the melting equipment and the decomposition equipment is performed by a screw feeder comprising a cylinder and a screw accommodated and rotated in the cylinder. In this continuous plastic oilification and reduction device, a notch 6 is provided in a blade 13a of a screw 13 of a screw feeder 11 during at least an initial stage of melting waste plastic in the melting equipment.
