Description:
DESCRIPTION

Waste Processing Machine

The invention relates to a waste processing machine, which processes any kind of agricultural or vegetable waste and converts the same into the animal feed, thus enabling the recovery of said wastes.

Prior to our invention, a part of the agricultural wastes that may not be utilized for the purpose of feeding the animals has been tried to be recovered by way of processing in the huge feed production plants. The labor and the energy consumption for the recoveries carried out at such feed plants lead to very high recovery costs. Due to the high recovery costs for the vegetable or animal wastes, such wastes are tried to be eliminated by way of incineration or underground decomposition, instead of the recovery. This brings about the environmental and health-related problems.

The known recovery plants include a storage unit, a grinding unit where the received vegetable or animal wastes are ground, a boiling and firing unit where the ground wastes are boiled and fired, the press unit where the boiled and fired semi-finished wastes are pressed, the drying unit where the pressed semi-finished wastes are dried and the sieve unit where the dried semi-finished products are sieved. During the continuous operation of the known recovery plants, almost one worker should work for each unit. Further, as the whole system is able to provide the recovery from the wastes by way of operation of the units that are with a structure separate from one another, each unit consumes its own energy, thus leading to a very high energy consumption. The high production cost increases the cost of sales for the recovered product.

According to our invention, which is the subject matter of the application, the recovery plant that is formed by a combination of the separate units is assembled within a single grinder. Since there is a single grinder, there is left no need to employ a separate worker for each unit. Also, there is left no need for a separate energy supply for each unit as opposed to the case for a system comprising the independent units, and only the energy required to operate the grinder is needed. In this way, a reduction is provided both in the labor cost and the energy consumption.

In addition, our recycle machine according to the invention provides a portion of the energy, which it utilizes, by means of the electrical energy it generates from the steam that forms over the grinder during the operation of said machine. In this way, the machine not only recovers the wastes, but also recovers a portion of the energy it utilizes, by way of recycling, thus preventing the wastage of the energy. For this purpose, there are present a steam collector on the " upper ' part of the grinder, a steam turbine operated by the steam collected by the steam collector and a steam generator that generates energy by means of the motion of the steam turbine. The electricity obtained from the steam generator may be transferred back to our waste machine according to the present application.

In particular, the moisture content required for the production of fish flour from the fish wastes should not be in excess of 12%. Owing to our machine according to the present application, this content may be reduced down to 7%. This in turns improves the quality of the fish feed produced. The reduction of the moisture content of the product and the achievement of the desired standard are provided owing to the fact that the temperature that is formed by the friction of the product against the wall of the boiler is above 100 degrees in our machine being the subject matter of the present application. The thick hot steam that emerges from the cover of the boiler during the operation is an example of this fact.

The primary component of our machine according to the invention is the grinder. The grinder has a very wide field of use in agriculture or industry. The examples of the grinders used in the agricultural sector include the grain mills, and the examples of the industrial grinders include the grinders that break the paper, metal and non-metal products into pieces with a certain size, thus enabling certain products to be obtained by way of melting said broken products.

The grinders employed for such purposes are used only in order to obtain the products from the products that are grown or produced for related use. However, they are not used for the purpose of processing the vegetable or animal wastes. During the production of the feed from the wastes at such facilities, a very wide range of antimicrobial and disinfectant agents are used to kill the harmful bacteria and other organisms inside the waste. Such antimicrobial chemical substances pass directly into the products obtained from the waste, thus leading to a situation in which said substances are transmitted into the animals using the feed or into the soil in case the products are to be used as fertilizer.

An object of the present invention is to form a waste processing machine, which carries out the production of the feed and fertilizer products in a manner with low cost and high efficiency, without requiring a huge plant for processing the animal or agricultural wastes, and also to attain the ability to reuse the a portion of the energy consumed by said machine, by way of recovering said energy. Another object of our invention, being the subject matter of the application, is to reduce the size of the waste processing machine, thus enabling the same to be installed at any place where it is needed. For this purpose, the waste processing machine, which was previously comprised by more than one separate units, is now assembled around and within a single grinder. The reduction in the size has reduced the installation and operating costs for said machine. Moreover, owing to the reduction in the size, there is left no need to spend labor and money for the collection of the vegetable or animal wastes, which comprise the raw material for the machine, or for the transport of the same to bigger plants, thus reducing the transport costs.

Also, providing a plant, which operates in a continuous manner, for the use by the economy enables the feed or fertilizer production technology to become widespread in every place.

Below are the descriptions related to the figures that aid in a better understanding of our invention being the subject matter of application:

The principal component of our machine according to the application is the grinder (1), which is formed by the boiler (1.1), boiler cover (1.2) and the blades (1.3). In our grinder (1), the vegetable and animal wastes are filled into the boiler (1.1) by means of the loading helix (2), then the boiler cover (1.2) is closed and the machine is operated. During the operation, the wastes inside the grinder are broken into small pieces with the aid of the blades (1.3), said wastes rotating within the grinder boiler (1.1) along with the blades (1.3). During said rotation, friction occurs between the wastes and the boiler walls. As a result of said friction occurring, the temperature of the air within the boiler (1.1) raises over 100 degrees. Upon the air temperature within the boiler (1.1) rising over 100 degrees, the water inside the waste is enabled to evaporate and the waste pieces are enabled to turn into dry flour form. Elevation of the temperature within the boiler (1.1) to a level above 100 degrees enables the bacteria and other harmful microorganisms inside the waste to be killed.

In this way, there is left no need to use a separate disinfectant or various antimicrobial agents in the recovered waste product.

The waste, converted into the dry flour form, is enabled to rotate in the opposite direction by a command given from the control panel (9) of the grinder (1) and it transfers the flour into the discharge helix hopper (5), from where the discharge helix (4) transfers the dry flour product into other desired means and equipment such as warehouse, silo, vehicle, etc., by means of a command issued through the control panel (9). Since the cooling is provided during the transfer of said product by means of the helices (4), the finished product may be directly sacked or packaged.

In our machine according to the application, there is present the motor (7) and the reducer (8) assembly that actuates the grinder (1).

Furthermore, our recycling machine according to the invention has a mechanism, which provides a portion of the energy that the machine utilizes by the electrical energy generated from the steam that forms over the grinder during the operation of the machine. In said mechanism; there are present the a steam collection hopper (12) in the upper part of the grinder (1), a steam turbine (10) operated by the steam that said hopper (12) collects and a steam generator (11) that generates energy from the motion of the steam turbine (10). The electricity obtained from the steam generator (11) is utilized in our waste machine according to the application.
