Abstract:
A waste rubber recycling process and the apparatus thereof. The apparatus includes controller, shearing crusher (4), rubbing shredder (6), separating device, grinding device (13) and rubber powder collector, wherein the shearing crusher (4), rubbing shredder (6), separating device, grinding device (13) and rubber powder collector, which are controlled by the controller, are connected in series, or alternatively, having two or more said unit devices arranged in parallel before being connected with others in series. Transporters are deployed between the unit devices, and transporting lines for material sorting and recycling for reprocessing are provided in the shearing crusher (4), the rubbing shredder (6), and the grinding device (13). The cost of manufacture and maintenance is reduced, the utilization rate of the facilities is improved and the processing quality of the product is increased by the rational combination of this facilities.
