Abstract:
A waste tire rubber powder manufacturing device having a low tensile strength is disclosed. The waste tire rubber powder manufacturing device having a low tensile strength, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is a device for manufacturing recyclable rubber powder from a rubber chip from which an iron core is removed by pulverizing a waste tire, comprising: a tensile strength-deforming machine having a cylindrical fixed drum and a rotary pressing drum, which is rotated inside the fixed drum and has a plurality of pressing blades respectively inclined in a spiral form on an outer side of the tensile strength-deforming machine, wherein the tensile strength-deforming machine presses and deforms a rubber chip injected by being cut in a certain size so as to reduce the tensile strength; a cooling transporter for cooling and transporting the rubber chip ejected from the tensile strength-deforming machine; and a fine pulverizer for pulverizing, into rubber power, the cooled rubber chip transported from the cooling transporter.
