Abstract:

The removals of residues are reduced and deterioration in the efficiency of filtering by an RO film and the damage of the RO film are suppressed. A waste water cleaning system is provided with: a waste water tank (21) of waste water discharged from a washing device (13) which washes a textile (T) printed using an ink jet printer (11); an enzyme/microbe charging device (26) which charges enzyme and microbe for decomposing a dye into the waste water tank (21); a pH adjuster charging device (27) which charges a pH adjuster into the waste water tank (21); an agitating device (28) which agitates the waste water within the waste water tank (21); a temperature keeping device (29) which keeps the temperature of the waste water tank (21); a filtering device (22) which filters the waste water by crossflow filtering using the RO film; a pump (23) which pumps the waste water from the waste water tank (21) to the filtering device (22); a deionization device (24) which brings the filtered water into contact with an ion-exchange resin to deionize; and a decolorization device (25) which brings the filtered water into contact with an active carbon to decolor.
