Abstract:
A watch strap (100, 200) and a wearable device, related to the technical field of wearable devices. The watch strap (100, 200) comprises: a watch strap main body (400) and a water-absorbing expansion part (500); the watch strap main body (400) comprising a top layer (430) and a bottom layer (440) arranged overlappingly along a direction perpendicular to a direction of the watch strap main body (400); a surface of the bottom layer (440) facing away from the top layer (430) forming a watch strap main body (400) inner surface; the water-absorbing expansion part being disposed between the top layer (430) and the bottom layer (440), and the bottom layer (440) having disposed thereon a communicating part (441) used to expose the water-absorbing expansion part (500); the water-absorbing expansion part (500) being capable of absorbing water and expanding, increasing a thickness of the water-absorbing expansion part (500) along the direction perpendicular to the direction of the watch strap main body (400). When sweat accumulates between the wrist of a wearer and the watch strap (100, 200), the water-absorbing expansion part (500) can absorb the sweat and tighten on the wrist, preventing a smart watch from shaking or sliding on the wrist, increasing accuracy of a health monitoring function. In addition, the watch strap (100, 200) can absorb sweat, improving wearing comfort.
