Abstract:
A watch type mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a short range communication module for performing short range communication with a mobile terminal located around the watch type mobile terminal; an output unit for outputting a sound pattern or a vibration pattern; and a control unit for controlling the output unit to output a connection pattern for pairing with the mobile terminal, and the short range communication module to pair with the mobile terminal on the basis of the output connection pattern, wherein the connection pattern may be one of a sound pattern or a vibration pattern.
