Abstract:
Provided are a watching system and a care server wherein, even when a network system connecting a mobile terminal and a management server has failed, necessary information can be obtained promptly after recovery, while reducing the burden on a careworker, for example. In this watching system: a mobile terminal transmits login information to a management server over a network, and thereby, the management server allows the mobile terminal to log-in, and thus the mobile terminal can access information on a person being watched stored in the management server; if there is a response indicating that action has been taken regarding the information on the person being watched as accessed from the mobile terminal, the management server changes said information from not-yet-processed information to processed information; the mobile terminal transmits logout information to the management server, and thereby, the management server allows the mobile terminal to log-out, and thus the mobile terminal cannot access the information on the person being watched stored in the management server; if the logged-in mobile terminal and the management server become incommunicable, the management server saves said not-yet-processed information before the communication became disabled; then, when the mobile terminal and the management server become communicable, the management server transmits, to the mobile terminal, a notification indicating that said not-yet-processed information is saved; and, in response to the notification, the mobile terminal presents information indicating that said not-yet-processed information is saved in the management server.
