Abstract:
Provided are: a water absorption treatment material which is capable of being produced at low cost, and with which clumps of used granular bodies can be obtained; and a production method therefor. The water absorption treatment material 1 is provided with granular bodies 10, 20 which absorb liquid. The granular bodies 10 are provided with core parts 12 and coating parts 14. The core parts 12 are moulded into granules. The coating parts 14 include an adhesive material, and cover the core parts 12. The granular bodies 20 are provided with core parts 22. The core parts 22 are moulded into granules. The core parts 22 of the granular bodies 20 are not covered.
