A water accumulation prevention device for evacuating a power plant condenser comprising an evacuation main pipe and two independent evacuation systems for evacuating the evacuation main pipe. During a normal operation process, one of the evacuation systems is in use while the other is in a standby mode. In each of the two evacuation systems, a communicating water redirection pipe is arranged after an inlet manual diaphragm valve and before an inlet absolute pressure gauge, and a valve is further arranged on the communicating water redirection pipe. Arrangement of the communicating water redirection pipe enables the operating evacuation system to remove water accumulated at an inlet section of the standby evacuation system, such that condensed water continuously generated by a non-condensed gas in a standby pump pipe does not accumulate in a pipe section thereof, thereby solving the problem of water accumulation at the inlet section, and ensuring normal operation of a power plant.
