Abstract:
A water-based coating agent for gravure printing, wherein the constituent components mainly consist of a water-based polyurethane resin (A) containing a polyamine compound and polyurethane resin having an acid group, a water-soluble polymer (B), and an inorganic layered mineral (C), the solids compounding ratio of the water-based polyurethane resin (A), the water-soluble polymer (B), and the inorganic layered mineral (C) constituting the total solids being in the range noted below, the total solids concentration being 5 mass% or more, the viscosity at 23°C being 50 mPa・s or less, and the water-soluble polymer (B) being a polyvinyl alcohol resin having a degree of saponification of 95% or higher and a degree of polymerization of 300 to 1700.
