Abstract:
A water-based coating capable of eliminating vehicle seal traveling noise, comprising a water-based polyurethane resin, a water-based polyacrylic resin, an aqueous epoxy resin, and a film-forming additive; preferably, calculated in terms of weight percentage, the water-based polyurethane resin being 35-45%, the water-based polyacrylic resin being 20-30%, the aqueous epoxy resin 15-25%, and the film-forming additive being 5-15%. With the water-based coating sprayed and baked on rubber base materials such as vehicle glass guide grooves, vehicle door frame sponge strips, vehicle trunk sealing strips, vehicle sunroof sealing strips, when fully reacted, solved is the problem of noise that occurs when a vehicle is in a state of traveling.
