Abstract:
Water-based fluorocarbon paint, which comprises: an aqueous hyper-branched substrate sealing resin, an aqueous fluorocarbon resin, a color paste, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, and an adhesion promoter. The water-based fluorocarbon paint comprises water as a solvent, is odourless, and saves on a large amount of resources; and does not comprise harmful substances such as benzene, xylene, ethane, and formaldehyde. The paint has excellent corrosion resistance and a good recoating performance, is radiation resistant, non-flammable and non-explosive, which eliminates the risk of fire during construction and storage, and reduces pollution to the atmosphere. The paint can also be applied in construction as usual in a closed environment, and can be obtained by directly stirring without any grinding procedure. The preparation method therefor is simple and reliable. The paint has strong adhesion to the surface of an ABS material, strong weather resistance and simple operation performance. A painting tool can be directly cleaned with water, and the harm to construction personnel is greatly and effectively reduced.
