The water-based high gloss-setting oil treatment agent for synthetic leather comprises the following components: a water-based resin, a defoamer, a moisturizer, a Deuchem thickener, BCS, and water. The components of the water-based high gloss-setting oil treatment agent for synthetic leather of the present invention are coordinated with each other and provide joint effects, a unique post-treatment touch is provided, the advantage is not being prone to cracking when baked at a high temperature, at the same time, a diluted spraying solution prepared as such has great storage stability, dyes are not prone to settlement, and leather made with the present treatment agent has natural gloss, clear colors, great color development and general effects.
