Abstract:
Disclosed is a water-based paint spraying and baking booth, comprising a paint baking booth body (1), wherein a main fan (2) is arranged on the left side of the paint baking booth body (1); a heating chamber (5) is provided on the top of the main fan (2); an air duct (9) is provided on the top of the heating chamber (5); the air duct (9) is in communication with an air chamber (10); a lamp box (12) is arranged at a central position at the bottom of the air chamber (10); a nozzle (11) is provided on an outer side of the lamp box (12); the bottom of the nozzle (11) is in communication with an air supply cabinet (13); a centrifugal fan (14) is arranged in the air supply cabinet (13); the right side wall of the paint baking booth body (1) is in communication with a flow guide pipe (18); and the flow guide pipe (18) is in communication with an activated carbon environmental-protection cabinet (20). The paint spraying and baking booth ensures the flow of the airflow inside the paint baking booth body and reduces the volatilization time for oil paints and solvents.
