Abstract:
The present invention is a water-based primer composition for a sealant, said water-based primer composition containing a tertiary amine (B) and a (meth)acrylate emulsion that includes (meth)acrylic particles, wherein the (meth)acrylic particles are particles of a polymer obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer (A) that has a (meth)acryloyl group; the polymerizable monomer (A) includes a (meth)acrylate alkyl ester monomer, a (meth)acrylate monomer, a hydroxy group-containing polymerizable monomer, and either an epoxide group-containing polymerizable monomer or a phosphate group-containing polymerizable monomer that has a phosphate group; if the polymerizable monomer (A) includes an epoxy group-containing polymerizable monomer, the polymerizable monomer (A) further includes a (meth)acrylic silane coupling agent; and the content of the (meth)acrylic particles is 15-60 mass%.
