Abstract:
A water-based solderable inorganic zinc-rich primer, comprising: a water-based alkyl ester, a water-based inorganic resin, potassium hydroxide, a zinc powder, an anti-settling agent, a stabilizer, a film-forming reagent, and an adhesion promoting reagent. The primer uses water as a solvent and considerably reduces use of resources, does not contain VOC harmful substances such as benzene, xylene, ethane, formaldehyde, etc., and can be directly stirred without any abrasion process. The preparation method is simple and reliable, eliminates fire hazards during construction and storage, and reduces pollution to the air, and construction can be carried out normally in a closed environment. The primer has strong adhesion on a steel surface, strong weather resistance, and simple operation performance. As a coating tool it can be washed directly with water, greatly reducing damages to construction personnel. The primer can be widely used on steel and can be used for outdoor construction in large areas. The method is simple and easy to implement.
