A water collecting box assembly (100) and a purified water dispenser provided with same, the water collecting box assembly (100) comprising: a water collecting box body (1) and a magnetic attraction assembly (2) used for securing the water collecting box body (1), the magnetic attraction assembly (2) comprising a magnetic member (21) and a matching magnetic attraction member (22), one of the magnetic member (21) and the magnetic attraction member (22) being arranged on the water collecting box body (1), and the other being arranged on the machine body (200) of the purified water dispenser.
