Abstract:
Water color ink having metallic luster for ball-point pens, in which the deterioration of the ink, such as the precipitation of aluminum powder does not occur even when the ink is stored for a long period of time, this ink enabling continuous writing. This ink consists of aluminum powder, viscosity increasing natural polysaccharide or its derivative, a water soluble organic solvent and water, and has a viscosity of 100-1500 poise (ST rotor of E-type viscometer, 1 rpm, 25 �C), and a ratio of viscosity at 1 rpm to that at 10 rpm of not less than 3.0.
