Abstract:
A water-cooling screw ash conveying device for a power plant, comprising a screw ash conveyor body (1). An arc-shaped sliding groove (2) is formed on each of the left and right sides of the upper surface of the screw ash conveyor body (1); a sliding block (3) is slidably clamped on the inner wall of the arc-shaped sliding groove (2); a top plate (5) is fixedly assembled at the top end of each of the two sliding blocks (3); an opening (4) is formed on the upper surface of the screw ash conveyor body (1). By means of matching between the opening (4) and the top plates (5) and by means of matching between the sliding blocks (3) and the arc-shaped sliding grooves (2), during use, residues are conveyed internally after the screw ash conveyor body (1) is started; during conveying, the residues contact insertion rods (16) on the lower surfaces of the top plates (5); during contact, the residues are dispersed to avoid getting stuck in threads in the screw ash conveyor body (1). By means of matching between the sliding blocks (3) and the arc-shaped sliding grooves (2) and by means of matching between a supporting rod (7) and a connecting rod (9), during use, the supporting rod (7) can be swung for swinging; when the supporting rod (7) is swung, the connecting rod (9) drives the top plates (5) to move within a small range, and the sliding blocks (3) and the arc-shaped sliding grooves (2) limit the positions of the top plates (5); during moving, the insertion rods (16) contact the stuck residues, and the residues are dispersed during repeated moving. Residues are quickly conveyed, accidents happening when the screw ash conveyor body (1) is blocked are avoided, the practicality is enhanced, and problems in the prior art are effectively solved.
