Abstract:
A water-cooling shell for a servo motor and manufacturing processes thereof, said water-cooling shell for a servo motor comprising a cylindrical body (1) and sealing heads (2); a plurality of water-passing holes (13) are provided between inner and outer walls of the cylindrical body (1), the plurality of water-passing holes are distributed along the cylindrical body (1) circumferentially, and penetrate the end surfaces of both ends of the cylindrical body (1); a plurality of water-passing channels (14) are provided on the end surfaces of both ends of the cylindrical body (1); all of the water-passing holes (13) and the water-passing channels (14) are connected as a single water-flow path; ports of the water-passing channels (14) are sealed by the sealing heads (2). The shell features simple manufacturing processes, low manufacturing costs and high efficiency.
