WATER COOLING TYPE CANTILEVERED ROLL FOR STEP-TYPE HEATING FURNACE

A water cooling type cantilevered roll for a step-type heating furnace, a pipeline (1) being disposed inside a main shaft of the cantilevered roll, and a frame (2) is disposed inside the pipeline (1). An inner pipeline (3) is disposed above the frame (2), and a rotating joint (4) is disposed on an end of the cantilevered roll, and a water-inlet (5) and a water-outlet (6) is disposed in the rotating joint (4), the water-inlet (5) being in communication with the inner pipeline (3), and the water-outlet (6) is in communication with a gap between the pipeline (1) and the inner pipe (3). The diameter of the pipeline (1) is 60-70 mm, and the diameter of the frame (2) is 32-55 mm, and the diameter of the inner pipe (3) is 30-32 mm. The cooling water transmitted to the inner pipe (3) by the water-inlet (5) is water pressurized to 0.6 MP at a normal temperature. The water cooling type cantilevered roll provides an inner pipe inside the main shaft of the cantilevered roll and transmits medium-pressure water to a roller head for cooling via the inner pipe, and the cooled water can be returned back via the gap between the pipeline and the inner pipe and is recyclable.
