Abstract:
This device is designed to help cool water. This container is placed in the refrigerator and includes a water tank and a fixed stand. There is a weight sensor inside the fixed stand. Each filled water container has a specified weight, which is transmitted to the board connected to the sensor. When the water container is placed on the fixed stand, the system starts to function and the weight of the water container is measured. If the weight of the container is lower than the weight of the filled water container, the signal is wirelessly sent to the receiver of the electric valve. The receiver orders the valve to open until the water reaches the desired weight. The water flows into the container through the hose, which is adjusted inside or outside the refrigerator body. When the total weight of the container and the water inside it reaches the desired level, the weight sensor board sends a signal to the receiver to stop the flow of water.

Water dispenser container with automatic filling and cooling system

Claims

1 - Water dispenser container with automatic filling and cooling potential which is consisted of following components:

a- load sensor

b- temperature sensor

c- controlling board

d- solenoid valve and its controller board

e- display on a fixed stand and display on the refrigerator panel

f- water container

2- In case total weight of the container is low, the load sensor sends a signal to solenoid valve receiver to activate it and water flows to the container.

3- According to claims 1 , the temperature sensor measures the instantaneous total volume of the water container, which contains the water inside the container, and sends it to the control board.

4- Two displays on the refrigerator panel and in the display on the fixed stand exhibits the temperature of the water container is measured by the temperature sensor and the instantaneous temperature.

5- Solenoid valve and its controller board which receive water flow signals given load sensor from the control board.

6- According to claims 1 , there is a fixed water stand which load sensor and sensor and the main controller board are placed on it, it is connected to the refrigerator body and water container is embedded on it.

7- According to claims 1 , a water container that holds only in one position on a fixed stand to direct water from the mouth of the container into the container and the end of the hose has a protective tube.

8- According to claims 7, a water hose can be supplied from the refrigerator body.

9- According to claims 7, when the water container is placed on a fixed stand, it starts up by the microswitch.

10- According to claims 5, the total weight of the container filled with water has already been coded to the system. The system, when brought in to relevant weight, sends shut off signal to the solenoid valve.

1 1 - According to claims 1 , two displays on the refrigerator panel and in the display on the fixed stand exhibits a temperature of the water container is measured by the temperature sensor and the instantaneous temperature.

12- When one observes temperature on display, he/she can take the container from the fixed stand and use it.

13- According to claiml , once container was removed from the stand, the system is inactivated and vice versa.

Description

Technical field:

The invention relates to electrical equipment of home appliances.

Technical issue:

Water is the largest constituent of the human body. Human always need water, but they try to cool it with the cooling tools and then drink it. The water cooling method has always been a major issue during human life. The purpose of this invention is to help humanity to make water cooling easier.

Prior arts:

Refrigerators were one of the cooling tools in which water was poured into the container and placed inside the refrigerator until to be cooled and there were no system for simultaneous filling and water container in automatic manner.

Brief description of the invention:

Smart water dispenser is one way to help humans to make water cooling easier, so that the designed system can fill water dispenser through measuring container weight by load sensor and wireless connecting to solenoid valve and its controller board. Since water dispenser is inside the refrigerator, hence water cools inside the dispenser and the one can see the water container temperature on display in the refrigerator panel and a fixed-stand display. This invention can be a new and innovative technology and innovation in the home appliance industry, and it can also be incorporated in the manufacture of refrigerators.

This container is placed within the refrigerator and includes a water container (8) and a fixed stand. A load sensor is embedded inside the fixed stand (6) and there are two displays to indicate the temperature of the water container, which is mounted on the fixed stand of the display (1) as well as the display (11) on the refrigerator panel (10). Each filled water container has a specified weight transmitted by the programming to the board (9) connected to the sensor. When the water container is placed on a fixed stand, it starts up by the microswitch (2) and the weight of the water container is measured and if the weight of the water is lower than that of the water in the filled water container, which was coded to the board attached to the sensor, sent it wirelessly to the signal receiver (14). solenoid valve sensor activates valve until container to desired weight And the water passes through the filter (15), which is located in the direction of the water hose (13), by means of a hose that passes through the body or side of the refrigerator through the protective hose and regulator (12) in end of the hose pours into the top of the container with fixed stand or bolted in to refrigerator. When sum of container and its water is brought into the desired weight, load sensor board sends a signal to solenoid valve to shut off water flow.

A microswitch is mounted on a fixed stand, and hence when one picks up water container (dispenser) system on fixed stand the system will deactivated and when water container is placed on a fixed base the system will be activated.

The other part is the temperature sensor system (3) that can measure total water temperature at any moment. The temperature sensor is placed on a fixed stand and a short heat insulated rod (5) is embedded in the bottom of the container through a notch chamber with a closed top and open bottom on fixed stand (7) which has a cylindrical bulge temperature so that the temperature sensor be placed in the bulge and when the pitcher is container is embedded on a fixed stand, the bulge is inserted into the notch and the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the water through the notch of the non-thermal insulator rod. in this way, dispenser is mounted on fixed stand and the part of the water hose that came in from the inside of the refrigerator is embedded in such a way that when we put the dispenser on the main body, the hose head is exactly embedded on notch through which water is poured into the container. The load sensor board as well as the entire system of the device in any mode receives power supply from the refrigerator.

At the same time, solenoid valve and its controller board connected wirelessly to main controller board in fixed stand of container are also activated by refrigerator supply power. The measured temperature is transmitted by wire to the display on a fixed stand and the temperature is displayed wirelessly on the display board on the refrigerator panel.

Applying Internet of things technology to control the water flow as well as the temperature transfer to the display on the refrigerator panel to save wire and alleviate the potential problems caused by the use of wire for the connection between the systems components

A practical approach to invent implementation

The implementation method of this invention is as follow:

1. Empty water container is placed onto the fixed stand bolted to refrigerator, and then, the system is activated by the microswitch.

2. The total weight of the water container is already coded into system, and because the total weight of the container is less than the weight, it sent to solenoid valve receiver to activate it.

3. The water passes through the hose drawn from the inside of the refrigerator or from the refrigerator body, and with the small part of the hose, which can protect its outer surface, to prevent damage, enter the container from the edge to the extent that the total weight of the water container reaches a desired weight.

4. When the total weight of the water container is brought in to the desired weight, the signal is sent to solenoid valve receiver to shut off water flow.

5. The temperature of the water container is measured by the temperature sensor and the instantaneous temperature is displayed both in the display on the refrigerator panel and in the display on the fixed stand.

6. When one observes the temperature, it can pick up and use water container from the fixed stand.

7. After taking water container, the system will be deactivated until the water container again is placed on fixed-stand.

This invention has the potential to be used in the manufacturing home appliance industry, and its consumers are domestic or industrial sectors. With its up-to-date structure, the patent can be used in a variety of industries, such as the NDT industry, and in different industries, the operation will be optimal with the Internet of things in the hardware sector.
