Abstract:
Disclosed is a water dispersible varnish that can simultaneously solve problems involved in a coolant system of alternative coolant/refrigerant oil or a coolant system of natural coolant/refrigerant oil, that is, a problem of a reduction in volatile components and the like in heat curing treatment and a problem of resistance of a cured product of the varnish to the coolant system. The water dispersible varnish comprises a mixture of a specific heat curable resin as a base polymer, a specific vinyl monomer as a reactive diluent, an organic peroxide as a reaction initiator, and water.
