Abstract:
1. Technical field: The present invention relates to a water drain device for a sink. 2. Problems to be solved: The present invention provides an easily cleanable water drain device for a sink. 3. Technical solution and effects: The water drain device according to one aspect of the present invention essentially comprises a sump tank and a filtering mesh. The sump tank has a hollow water drain port protruding downwardly from a point eccentric to the center of the bottom surface thereof. The filtering mesh has a cap protruding downwardly from the point eccentric to the center of the bottom surface thereof, and inserted/removed into/from the water drain port. Accordingly, a user may open/close the water drain port by simply rotating the filtering mesh, and may easily clean the sump tank using a cleaning solution.
