Abstract:
A water drawing measurement and control apparatus. Submerging a water outlet of a siphon tube; using a control part to control a first solenoid valve to be on, a second solenoid valve to be off, and a vacuum pump to be on; extracting the air inside of the siphon tube, and turn off the vacuum pump after a period of time when the full siphon drain is achieved and the siphon tube achieves normal water provision; starting a measurement sensor to operate and perform real-time measurement, and transmitting the flow rate data to the control part to contribute to an accumulation value. When the flow rate accumulation value at the control part reaches a configured threshold, controlling the first solenoid valve to be on and the second solenoid valve to be on, such that external air enters the siphon tube; after the air has entered the siphon tube, the vacuum is no longer maintained, and the siphon water drawing stops. By using a vacuum pump to control the full automatic siphon water drawing process, and by using a measurement sensor to precisely measure the real-time flow rate, the water drawing for nullahs of different levels can be miniaturized and implemented using equipment, and metered water allocation and real-time measurement and control can be integrated, thereby reducing cost and power consumption and facilitating more flexible and easier operation and control.
