Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water hammer prevention system using an operation state analysis algorithm, which can prevent water hammer by storing data measured in real time by an operation device for water hammer prevention equipment, constructing the stored data into a database so as to perform calculations according to a water hammer algorithm, and determining whether the water hammer prevention equipment is operated and whether the operation of the equipment is normal, wherein data measured in real time by a pressure sensor and water level sensor are transmitted to a control unit, the control unit includes an air chamber which controls the operations of an air compressor and an air exhauster so as to prevent water hammer, the data transmitted in real time from the pressure sensor and the water level sensor are stored in a database (DB) through an operation data unit or are transmitted to an external server through a transmission unit (TX), and the control unit performs calculations for data on the operation states of the air compressor and the air exhauster, transmitted from a detection circuit unit, a real-time pressure value transmitted from the pressure sensor, and a real-time water level value transmitted from the water level sensor according to an operation state analysis algorithm, and determines, on the basis of the result of the calculations, whether the water hammer prevention equipment is normally operated, so as to take measures to prevent water hammer. Accordingly, the present invention has advantages in that active control for the operation of water hammer prevention equipment can be performed by applying a data analysis technique thereto, and an accurate operation method therefor can be provided by identifying even a failure or operation error. In addition, the present invention can not only diagnose a failure or malfunction of the water hammer prevention equipment and thus ensure safety, but can also be used for a long time and thus reduce unnecessary costs for equipment replacement.
