Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic which includes emulsified droplets stably containing a powder therein and which thereby gives no powdery feeling when applied, renders an even finish possible, and is excellent in terms of usability, e.g., spreadability. This water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic includes (A) a water-soluble polymer selected from among polysaccharide-based polymers, hydrophobically modified polyether-urethane-based polymers, and polyacrylamide-based polymers, (B) a salt, and (C) a powder, and is characterized in that the powder (C) has been dispersed in the inner aqueous phase.
