Description

WATER INJECTION NOZZLE FOR WATER TOWEL FEEDER AND METHOD FOR MAKING OF THE SAME

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a water injection nozzle for a wet towel feeder and manufacturing method thereof, and more in particular to a water injection nozzle for a wet towel feeder having the structure capable of injecting the water smoothly to a fabric cut into a predetermined interval in the feeder for supplying the disposable wet towel, and manufacturing method thereof. Background Art

[2] Recently, according to the increasing recognition about the public sanitation of the people, a disposable wet towel feeder has been fabricated in various shapes and supplied to the people because the use of the recycled wet towel, which is bleaching- treated, is avoided and a sanitary disposable wet towel is preferred.

[3] Such disposable wet towel has been fabricated by cutting a fabric of a roll shape into a predetermined interval after it is transported from a securing portion 100 of the fabric roll to a guide roller 200, absorbing the water injected from a water injection nozzle 300, passing through a rolling plate 400 with fabric being wetted to form the disposable wet towel wound in the roll shape, and discharging it to the outside through a discharging opening 500, in the disposable wet towel feeder as shown in FlG. 1. The conventional disposable wet towel feeder is provided with a water injection nozzle at the inside for injecting the water to the cut fabric, and it comprises a water supply connection device 600, and a tube 800 formed with a plurality of injection openings 700 having a diameter of 0.3 ~ 0.5D at predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction thereof as shown in FlGs. 2 and 3. The injection openings 700 are formed by boring by means of a drill so that the boring direction of a bit blade of the drill is directed from the outside to the inside as shown by an arrow in the drawings. In this instance, a plurality of burrs 800 are protrodingly formed on the inside surface of the tube along the periphery of the injection openings formed by the blade of the drill inserted into the tube. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[4] However, in the disposable wet towel feeder constructed as described above, the size of the feeder has been limited in general because it is impossible to install such feeder of a big size in a narrow place, accordingly, a water purifying device cannot be provided at the inside of almost all of such wet towel feeder. As a result, a problem

occurred that, in case of using such unpurified water, a lot of scales were frequently produced in the tube of the injection nozzle for a short period due to the various minerals and several impurities contained in the water, and further the scales and impurities thus produced were concentrated in a space formed at an outlet of the water from the inside to the outside of the tube by the burrs protrudingly formed along the peripheries of the injection openings in the tube to thereby fill up the openings to cause frequent disorder of the disposable wet towel feeder easily, so that frequent dismantling and cleaning of the disposable wet towel feeder are required for every disorder. Especially, in case of using the conventional disposable wet towel feeder in regions, where the soil is constructed of the limestone, such as in volcanic regions in Japan and Europe, and the like, and in a partial region of Kangwon-do in Korea, the water injection openings of the tube are frequently filled by the limestone materials to make it difficult to use the disposable wet towel feeder effectively. Technical Solution

[5] Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the problems occurring in the conventional arts, and the primary object of the present invention is to provide a water injection nozzle for the wet towel feeder and manufacturing method thereof, which is featured that it is possible to prevent the space for concentrating the impurities from being formed at the inlet of the water from the inside to the outside of the tube by boring the tube of the injection nozzle with directing the bit blade of the drill toward the outside from the inside of the tube to thereby have burrs protrudingly formed along the periphery of the injection openings formed toward the outside direction of the tube, when the injection openings of the water injection nozzle are formed.

[6] Another object of the present invention is to provide a water injection nozzle for the wet towel feeder and manufacturing method thereof, which is featured that impurities cannot easily be concentrated in the inlets of the injection openings for discharging the water because various kinds of impurities contained in the water are concentrated in the bottom of the passageway positioned below the injection openings, by constructing the position of the bottom of the passageway through which the water flows be lower than the position of the injection openings and making the bottoms of the passageway be symmetrical with respect to the injection openings.

[7] Still another object of the present invention is provide a water injection nozzle for the wet towel feeder and manufacturing method thereof, which is featured that the inside of the tube of the water injection nozzle is coated of the ceramic to reduce the intensity of the luminance, so that it is made to be difficult for the scales be formed at the inside of the tube by preventing the mineral components and/or the impurities contained in the water from attaching to the inside surface of the tube of the water

injection nozzle.

Advantageous Effects

[8] Therefore, according to the water injection nozzle for the wet towel feeder and manufacturing method thereof of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the space for concentrating the impurities from being formed at the inlet of the injection opening for discharging the water from the inside to the outside to thereby remove the possibility of the concentration of the scales by boring by boring the tube of the injection nozzle with directing the bit blade of the drill toward the outside from the inside of the tube to thereby have burrs protrudingly formed along the periphery of the injection openings formed toward the outside direction of the tube, when the injection openings of the water injection nozzle are formed. Also, it is possible to prevent the impurities from being concentrated at the inlet of the injection openings through which the water is discharged by constructing the lower structure of the tube of the injection nozzle such that the position of the lower surface of the passageway for the water is lower than that of the injection openings. Further, it is advantageous that it is possible to prevent the scales from being formed at the inside of the tube by performing the ceramic coating on the inside surface of the tube of the injection nozzle to thereby reduce the intensity of luminance. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[17] Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the appended drawings below.

[18] FlG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a water injection nozzle of the present invention, which is constructed of an upper structure 1 and a lower structure 2 with a plurality of injection openings 3 formed at predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction on the lower surface of the tube, each structure being made of a longitudinal tube having a semi-circular shape, prior to their assembly into one piece integrally. The upper structure 1 and the lower structure 2 are welded by contacting with each other to thereby form an integral pipe-shaped injection nozzle. Here, a water supply device (not shown in the drawing) is installed to one end side of the longitudinal tube.

[19] The injection opening 3 is formed by boring the longitudinal tube from the inside to the outside in the direction shown by an arrow by means of a drill with the a bit blade of the drill be directed from the recessed inside surface to the protruding outside surface at predetermined interval, to have burrs protrudingly formed in the outside direction of the tube as shown in FlG. 5, so that the flow of the water injected from the inside to the outside of the tube is not hindered and the space for concentrating the impurities cannot be formed at the inlet of the injection opening. In this instance, the burrs can be removed by using a grinding tool or a file.

[20] FlG. 6 shows various lower structures of the water injection nozzle of the present invention in cross-section. In this regard, the lower structure of the tube of the injection nozzle is constructed such that the position of the lower surfaces 5, 5 of the passageway for the water is lower than that of the surface formed with the injection openings 3 to thereby form an symmetrical shape. Accordingly, it is possible to substantially extend the time for the impurities to be concentrated to the inlet of the injection opening from the bottom of the passageway so that the cleaning of the injection nozzle can be performed less frequently, because several kinds of the impurities contained in the water are concentrated at the lower bottom 5, 5 ' of the passageway positioned lower than the injection opening 3.

[21] Further, FlG. 7 and FlG. 8 are perspective view and cross-sectional view of the upper structure and the lower structure made of the longitudinal tube having different semi-circular shapes of to the present invention, in which the water injection nozzle is constructed of the upper structure 1 of the tube having a shape of " J

" at both ends of the peripheral section thereof and the lower structure 2 having a shape of "

" V

" at both ends of the peripheral section thereof. Therefore, it is possible to easily form a pipe of an integral shape by inserting both ends of the shape of "

" V

" into the recessed portion of the shape of "

J

", without performing the welding at the time of engaging the upper and lower structures of the tube integrally. In this instance, a silicon adhesive is sprayed on the engaged recessed portion and the protruding portion of the upper and the lower structures to thereby prevent the water from being leaked.

Mode for the Invention

[22] To solve the objects of the present invention, the present invention relates to the water injection nozzle for a wet towel feeder having the structure capable of injecting the water smoothly to a fabric cut into a predetermined interval in the feeder for supplying the disposable wet towel, and manufacturing method thereof, which is constructed as follows.

[23] There is provided a water injection nozzle of the wet towel feeder comprising a securing portion for a fabric roll, a guide roller, a water injection portion, and a cutting portion of the fabric, wherein the water injection portion comprises an upper structure made of a longitudinal tube of a semi-circular shape in section; a lower structure made of a longitudinal tube of a semi-circular shape in section and formed with a plurality of injection openings at the lower surface thereof by predetermined interval, and wherein the upper structure and the lower structure abut against each other to be machined into an integral pipe shape.

[24] Further, the longitudinal tube is of a structure made by cutting the pipe having closed both ends into two pieces along the longitudinal direction on the basis of a circular section. After forming an integral pipe-shaped tube by welding the upper and lower structures of the longitudinal tube, a connection device for supplying the water is attached to one end of the tube to thereby make the water flow in the water injection nozzle.

[25] The injection openings are formed by boring the bottom of the tube at predetermined interval with a bit blade attached to a drill directed from the recessed inside surface to the protruding outside surface to thereby have the burrs protrudingly formed on the protruding outside surface of the tube, which is a direction of the boring of the bit blade, so that a space for concentrating the impurities cannot be formed at the inlet

of the injection opening through which the water is discharged from the inside to the outside of the injection nozzle. In this instance, the burrs formed protrudingly to the outside of the tube are ground out by using a file, a grinding device, and the like to make the outside surface of the tube smooth.

[26] Also, the water injection nozzle for the wet towel feeder of the present invention is manufactured through the following process.

[27] That is, there is provided a method of manufacturing a water injection nozzle for a wet towel feeder, the method comprising the steps of:

[28] D) forming a longitudinal tube having a semi-circular shape in section;

[29] D) forming injection openings on the bottom of the tube at predetermined interval by boring the tube while directing a bit blade attached to a drill from the recessed inside surface to the protruding outside surface;

[30] D) removing the burrs protrudingly formed upon the formation of the injection openings by using a grinding device;

[31] D) forming a pipe by welding one longitudinal tube to the other longitudinal tube formed with injection openings with them abutting against each other; and

[32] D) attaching a connection device for supplying water at one end of the pipe shaped longitudinal tube.

[33] In the above step (D), the longitudinal tube is of a structure made by cutting the pipe having closed both ends into two pieces along the longitudinal direction on the basis of a circular section.

[34] In the above step (D), the injection openings are formed by boring the bottom of the tube at predetermined interval with a bit blade attached to a drill directed from the recessed inside surface to the protruding outside surface to thereby have the burrs formed protrudingly on the outside surface of the tube, which is a direction of the boring of the bit blade, so that a space for concentrating the impurities cannot be formed at the inlet of the injection opening through which the water is discharged from the inside to the outside of the injection nozzle.

[35] In the above step (D), the burrs formed protrudingly to the outside of the tube are ground out by using a file, a grinding device, and the like to make the outside surface of the tube smooth.

[36] Also, according to the water injection nozzle of the present invention, the water injection nozzle is constructed such that the lower structure of the tube is made to be a symmetrical shape by positioning a lower surface of a passageway for the water to be lower than a surface on which the injection openings are formed so that it is possible to prevent the scales formed by several kinds of impurities contained in the water are concentrated on the inlet of the injection opening through which the water is discharged from the inside to the outside of the tube. As a result, scales cannot be formed easily on

the inlet of the injection openings through which the water is discharged because several kinds of impurities can be concentrated on the bottom of the passageway positioned below the injection openings. In this instance, the water injection nozzle is constructed such that the lower structure of the tube is made to be a symmetrical shape by positioning a lower surface of a passageway for the water to be lower than a surface on which the injection openings are formed, however, the shape of the passageway is not limited, so it can be formed in various shapes.

[37] Further, an inside surface of the tube becomes smooth by reducing the intensity of luminance in the surface through performing a ceramic coating at the inside surface of the tube, so that scales cannot be easily formed at the inside of the tube because several kinds of minerals and impurities contained in the water are not attached to the surface of the tube. Industrial Applicability

[38] As described above, the present invention relates to the water injection nozzle for the wet towel feeder and manufacturing method thereof, and more in particular to a water injection nozzle for a wet towel feeder having the structure capable of injecting the water smoothly to a fabric cut into a predetermined interval in the feeder for supplying the disposable wet towel, and manufacturing method thereof.
