Abstract:
Disclosed are a water intake pipeline structure passing through a soft-foundation embankment below flood level, and a construction method. The water intake pipeline structure comprises: a pipeline, a sluice valve well, a concrete pipe bedding, a high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile continuous wall, cement-soil mix piles, geogrids, clay for backfilling, a clay-bound macadam and a concrete lateral key wall. After an embankment is excavated to an elevation designed for the pipeline to penetrate the embankment, the cement-soil mix piles are uniformly arranged below a raft foundation, and the high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile continuous wall is arranged below the sluice valve well. A plain concrete cushion layer, the sluice valve well, the concrete lateral key wall and the concrete pipe bedding are poured, a water intake pipeline is installed, and the pipeline behind the sluice valve well is wrapped with concrete. The geogrids are placed when backfilling with the clay, and filling is performed layer by layer. The top of the embankment is restored using the clay-bound macadam. The sluice valve well is provided with a sluice valve, to which an operating rod is connected. Further disclosed is a construction method for the water intake pipeline structure passing through a soft-foundation embankment below flood level According to the present invention, the uneven settlement of a section of a pipeline passing through an embankment can be eliminated, a seepage channel at the position where the pipeline is in contact with the embankment body is cut off, the stability of sliding prevention of an embankment slope is improved, the structure is novel and is easy to implement.
