Abstract:
A water leakage protecting device is provided. The device comprises: a ratchet (71), a pawl (72) and a small floating barrel (73).The ratchet (71) is formed on an outer wall of a floater (4) of a water inlet valve. The barrel (73) has floating cavity (731) and weight cavity (732) inside. A water leakage hole (733) is equipped on the bottom of the weight cavity (732).The barrel (73) is assembled on the water inlet valve by a rotating shaft (74). On the corresponding place of ratchet (71), the pawl (72) is fixed on the one side of the barrel (73), which is near to the floater (4) of the water inlet valve. When water is drained normally, the small floating barrel (73) rotates around the rotating shaft (74) downwards under gravity, and the pawl (72) is uncoupled with the ratchet (71). When water leaks, the pawl (72) is always clamped in the ratchet (71) to prevent the floater (4) from dropping.
