Abstract:
A water level control device for a humidifier, comprising a water tank (11) and a base (12) for a humidifier, the base (12) being provided therein with a steam generation cavity (2); the water tank (11) is provided with a water downward flowing port (110) which is provided thereon with a water downward flowing valve (3); the steam generation cavity (2) is provided with a water level control device which is sleeved on the water downward flowing valve (3) and comprises a limiting cover (4) having a peripheral wall provided with an opening, the limiting cover (4) being provided with a water outlet (41) at the top, and the limiting cover (4) being provided with a float (5) inside; the water outlet (41) is provided with a leaking plug (6), the bottom of which forms a contact portion (61), for being in contact with the float (5); the float (5) is displaced vertically in the limiting cover (4) along with the change of water level; when the float (5) is in contact with the leaking plug (6), the water outlet (41) is blocked and water downward flowing is halted, and otherwise when the float (5) is separated from the leaking plug (6), the water outlet (41) is opened and water is supplied. Further disclosed is a humidifier using the water level control device.
