Abstract:
This water level measurement device (100) is provided with a standard point setting unit (11) for setting the coordinates of standard points (A1–A4) in images (I, I') photographed by a monitoring camera (1) and water level values corresponding to the standard points (A1–A4) according to operations input into an operation input device (2), an identification image extraction unit (12) for acquiring photographed images (I, I') and extracting regions in the photographed images (I, I') including the coordinates of the standard points (A1–A4) as identification images (E1–E4, E1'–E4'), an image learning and identification unit (18) for identifying the regions corresponding to the identification images (E1–E4, E1'–E4') as water regions or non-water regions on the basis of the results of machine learning relating to identifying water regions and non-water regions, and a water level calculation unit (14) for calculating the water level within the photography range of the monitoring camera (1) using the identification results of the image learning and identification unit (18) and the water level values corresponding to the standard points (A1–A4).
