Abstract:
In a water level prediction device (1), a virtual pump well model (20) is used to learn a pump operation parameter relating to the operation of a pump, and to learn a water level change parameter indicating the relationship between the water level of a river and the water level increase amount in accordance with the operation of the pump, and the water level of the river is predicted on the basis of the parameters.
