Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a water-lubricated high-pressure pump using rolling support, which pump relates to the technical field of high-pressure water pumps. The water-lubricated high-pressure pump comprises a driving mechanism, a housing, a rolling bearing, an isolation structure, at least one plunger, and a plunger cavity, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a main shaft and at least one eccentric structure, at least one side of the main shaft is rotatably connected to the housing by means of the rolling bearing; the eccentric structure is located in a first inner cavity of the housing, and the first inner cavity is also configured to be filled with water or an aqueous solution; the rolling bearing is located in a second inner cavity of the housing; the isolation structure is configured to carry out sealing to prevent the water or the aqueous solution in the housing from entering the second inner cavity; and when the eccentric structure rotates, the eccentric structure can push the plunger to move in the plunger cavity so as to pressurize the water or the aqueous solution. In the present invention, the driving mechanism does not use lubricating oil, and the traditional rolling bearing is used as a main shaft support structure, thereby preventing static pressure support and providing a simple structure.
