Abstract:
A water-lubricated sliding vane air compressor, comprising: a shell (1), a large end cap (2), a small end cap (3), a stator (4), a rotor (5), a sliding vane (6), an air filter (7), an air intake valve (8), a water-gas separator (9), a check valve (10), first rolling bearings (21, 31), a second rolling bearing (12), a locking nut (13), a bearing retaining ring (14), a second rolling bearing retaining cover (15), and two bearing seals (11). In the present air compressor, by means of respectively arranging the bearing seals (11) in the large end cap (2) and the small end cap (3), the first rolling bearings (21, 31) in the large end cap (2) and the small end cap (3) are separated from a suction chamber and a compression chamber to prevent the lubricating water in the compressor from flowing into the first rolling bearings (21, 31), causing the lubricating grease to rapidly become ineffective and the bearings to be corroded and scrapped. A second rolling bearing (12) is also mounted on the small end cap (3) to limit the axial shifting of the rotor (5), ensuring that when the rotor (5) rotates the planes on both sides thereof are completely out of contact with the planes of the large end cap (2) and the small end cap (3), preventing the main body from getting locked due to the planes scraping against one another.
