Abstract:

A water- and oil-repellent composition excellent in endurance, safety and environmental conservation, which comprises a polymer (A) comprising repeating units derived from a polyfluoroalkyl-bearing (meth)acrylate, those derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate wherein the alkyl group has 1 to 12 carbon atoms, those derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate wherein the alkyl group has 16 to 22 carbon atoms, and those derived from a specific compound bearing a blocked isocyanate group, an aqueous medium (B), and a surfactant (C) at a (A):(B):(C) mass ratio of 100:100-500:1-10.
