Abstract:
Provided are: a water permeability-imparting agent having excellent durable water permeability and lubricating-step stabilization ability; and fibers and nonwoven fabric to which the water permeability imparting agent is adhered. The water permeability imparting agent comprises the following components (A), (B), and (C) in specific weight proportions.
