Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water-permeable block forming apparatus and a water-permeable block formed using same, wherein: a plurality of vibration generators are mounted to a bottom plate, which supports an open lower portion of a forming frame, so that vibrations are uniformly applied to the inside of the forming frame; a plurality of forming pins protruding from the bottom plate and buried in mortar are prevented from being weakened by the vibrations; and the forming pins can be easily detached and replaced when damaged. To this end, the present invention provides a water-permeable forming apparatus comprising a conveyance plate which conveys a formed block to a drying place while supporting an open lower portion of a forming frame, wherein; a plurality of forming pins protrude from a bottom plate for raising and lowering the conveyance plate to the forming frame, and pass through corresponding pin holes in the conveyance plate so as to be fitted into the forming frame; and when a plurality of vibration generators provided in the bottom plate are operated after mortar is introduced into the forming frame, water drain holes form in the formed block due to the forming pins during vibration and packing processes. The water-permeable forming apparatus is characterized in that: cylindrical pin fixing parts that are greater in diameter than the forming pins are provided below the respective forming pins; cylindrical pin beds, into which the respective pin fixing parts are fitted, are provided in the bottom plate; and when the bottom plate is laid over the conveyance plate, the pin fixing parts are pressed by the conveyance plate, and thus the forming pins do not separate from the bottom plate.
