Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water play system which operates by sensing a human, and a method for operating the same, the water play system comprising: an infrared sensor for sensing a human; a display module for displaying a still image or a moving image; an injection module for injecting water to a water play pool; and a control computer for controlling the display module to display a still image or a moving image and controlling the injection module to inject water when a human is sensed by the infrared sensor. The above described water play system, which operates by sensing a human, and the method for operating the same have various effects capable of actuating a water play facility, such as automatic image projection to the water play pool, output of music or sound effects, and injection of water, without any separate manipulation by an operator of the water play facility or a person using the same when an infrared camera senses a human in the water play pool. Such automatic operation by automatic sensing can be performed according to a predetermined series of scenarios, and thus it is not necessary to employ an operator separately, thereby allowing easy maintenance/management of the water play facility.
