Abstract:

Provided is a water processing filter having high dimensional accuracy and improved filtering capabilities such as the ability to remove muddy components. A water processing filter (A) is provided with a cylindrical filter (A) that includes granular activated carbon (a1) the central particle size of which is 30-80μm and a fibrillated fiber binder (a2), and the arithmetic mean waviness on an outer surface that is the upstream side of the water processing filter is adjusted to be no more than 30μm and the arithmetic mean height of a cross-section curve thereof is adjusted to be 35-45μm. The arithmetic mean waviness of an inner surface that is the downstream side of the cylindrical filter (A) is no more than 30μm and the arithmetic mean height of a cross-section curve thereof can be 35-45μm. The outer surface of the cylindrical filter (A) may be obtained by grinding. Further, a cylindrical filter (B) that includes the granular activated carbon (b1) the central particle size of which is 30-80μm and a granular binder (b2) may be inserted in the hollow part of the cylindrical filter (A).
