Abstract:
The present invention refers to a water pump comprising a housing and an electric motor in the housing, on one end of which is an inlet and on the other end is an outlet that is connected with the inlet through a water channel in the housing. The pump according to the present invention is characterized in that the motor comprises a stator installed in a sealed insolating casing and a rotor installed radially within the stator; on both ends of the sealed insolating casing is mounted respectively a first support and a second support for supporting the rotor; on the first support is fixed a first ceramic axle bracket; on the second support is fixed a second ceramic axle bracket; the rotating axle rotatably mounted on both brackets; an impeller is mounted on the end of the axle part that extends out of the sealed insolating casing through the second ceramic bracket and near the inlet; the water channel extends between the housing and the insolating casing that is fixed to the housing by means of two or more fixing ribs which are arranged with same circumferential intervals; a tube for protecting wires is installed through the casing and the housing. The pump according to the present invention has the advantage of safety, long durability, low noise and easy to be built and assembled.
