Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water purification housing capable of cleanly purifying water, and a rainwater purification system using same. The water purification housing according to the present invention filters treatment water by allowing the treatment water to pass through filter media after a housing body is filled with the filter media, and has a means through which filtered substances, that are stuck between the filter media because of the use of the filter media, are collected in a sediment discharge container at the bottom of the housing body and removed. The rainwater purification system according to the present invention comprises several connected water purification housings and, at the end thereof, a means employing an additional filtering means (a fiber filter and a UV lamp) for substances that cannot be filtered only by means of the filter media.
