Description:
WATER PURI FICATION SYSTEM AND PROCESS

DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a water puri fication system and an associated puri fication process .

Puri fication processes are used to remove inorganic contaminants when they cannot be adequately removed through filtration and sedimentation .

Puri fication systems can be used for the removal of arsenic, cadmium, chromium, excess fluorides , nitrates , ammonia, rhodium and uranium, but it is also used for primary water treatment , for the removal of speci fic ions from supply or wastewater, and for the industrial concentration of very dilute solutions .

Water puri fication systems are known which consist of pouring resin, dyes or chemicals and auxiliary products into a collection tank .

Traditional water puri fication treatment consists of several complex steps or processes , during which various undesirable or polluting substances are removed from the water .

Such water puri fication systems can cause various inconveniences such as inflexible and unreliable conditions and solutions , with particular need to solve safety issues , whether from the sea or from unhealthy springs or rivers .

A first aim of the present invention is to provide a system that does not have the drawbacks of the classical systems mentioned above and that is particularly simple , intuitive to install and ef ficient .

Another purpose of the invention is to provide a system with a simple/easy structure to implement , with low costs and safe operation/use , providing a water puri fication system with considerable cost savings and less environmental impact , including adequate puri fication of the water to be saniti zed using natural and physical treatment methods , which can ensure greater and more ef fective puri fication .

In the light of the state of the art described, the main technical problem whose solution this device intends to provide is the possibility of reali zing a device capable of treating, saniti zing and rendering potable any type of stagnant or flowing water, polluted or unhealthy, with the presence of micro-bacteria, viruses or other elements resistant to traditional treatments , sized according to the flow rate of water to be treated .

These and other obj ectives are achieved in accordance with the present invention by means o f the following features : greater security; modularity; obtain a decentrali zed system according to the needs of the users .

Further, in an advantageous aspect of the present invention, the device as conceived/ thought of in comparison to other similar products , such as analogues , provides a utility/use that no other device of its kind presents , in that it is provided with a hydrosonic pump capable of improving the properties of the water by making it drinkable with greater competitiveness than traditional systems .

However, the present invention aims to solve problems of use and safety, including : inconsistency with regulations ; power-to-weight ratio ; reliability .

The aforementioned and other purposes and advantages of the invention, as will be apparent from the following description, are achieved with a puri fication system as described in claim 1 , without the aid of chemicals and obtaining pure primordial water as at source .

Preferred forms of reali zation and non-trivial variants of the present invention form the subj ect matter of the dependent claims .

It is understood that all attached claims form an integral part of this description .

It will be immediately obvious that innumerable variations and modi fications ( e . g . relating to shape , dimensions , arrangements and parts with equivalent functionality) can be made to the described invention without departing from the scope of protection of the invention as it appears from the appended claims .

The present invention will be best described by some preferred embodiments , provided by way of example and not limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings , in which the only Figure 1 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of the puri fication system according to the present invention .

Therefore , the invention in question can be arranged in its own casing and is combined with or integrated into ( for example ) a water supply system ( in a building, hotel , hospital or swimming pool ) and in general in all systems where purified or treated water is supplied ( for various types of users ) .

Referring to FIG . 1 , it can be seen that the water puri fication process of the present invention comprises the following steps : a first treatment through a pre- f iltration 1 , designed to eliminate some impurities ; second treatment through a hydrosonic pump 2 , that exploits the principle of sonoluminescence due to its rotation by means of a high number of revolutions , generating micro implosions at a high temperature so as to heat any mass of water and designed to eliminate any polluting element ; a third treatment through a quartz sand filtration 4 , designed to eliminate any residues of micro bacteria and viruses ; a fourth treatment through a three-stage active filtering battery 3 , designed to eliminate metallic substances and/or other unwanted substances ; a fi fth treatment using a pyramid-shaped device 5 , in which the water is informed and made beneficial , i . e . the water molecules take on a regular and symmetrical crown shape . Some preferred forms of implementation of the invention have been described, but of course they are susceptible to further modi fications and variations within the same inventive idea . In particular, it will be immediately apparent to those skilled in the art that there are numerous variants and modi fications , functionally equivalent to the foregoing, which fall within the scope of protection of the invention as set out in the appended claims in which, any reference marks placed in brackets cannot be construed as limiting the claims .

A device for the above-described activities/ functions equal to or similar to the subj ect matter of the present invention does not exist in the art and has never been suggested .

Although the subj ect matter of the present invention has been described with particular reference to the appended figures , the reference numbers used in the description and claims are used to improve understanding of the invention and do not constitute any limitation on the claimed scope of protection .

The present invention is described with reference to a currently preferred form of embodiment , but it will be understood that in embodiment , but it will be understood that in practice , other expedients/adj ustments may be made as technologies , variations and modi fications evolve , without , however, going beyond the scope of protection of the present inventive step .

Therefore , experts in the field will understand that numerous modi fications and variations are possible , which fall within the scope of protection defined by the united claims , especially in terms of reproductive scale and mainly in terms of measurements , as it will be the sub j ective/ob j ective requirements that will define the appropriate technical dimensional characteristics for this purpose , i . e . according to design variables , with the possibility of varying shapes for commercial convenience and pushing industries to give certain anatomical shapes and/or various appropriate measurements .

Furthermore , the word " comprising" does not exclude the presence of elements and/or steps other than those listed in the claims . The article " a" , "one" or "one" preceding a feature does not exclude the presence of a plurality of such features . The mere fact that certain features are mentioned in di f ferent dependent claims does not indicate that a combination of those features cannot be advantageously used .
