Abstract:
The present invention relates to a magnetic water purifier capable of preventing formation of an impurity such as scale within the pipe and purifying a large amount of water without using a chemical proces. Claims:
CLAIMS
1. A magnetic water purifier, comprising: a plurality of puridication filters having an exhaust portion for purifying and exhausting introduced water, in which an influx portion is connected to a supply line connected to a supply unit of water ; and a hexagonal shape processing unit for generating a strong magnetic field to the water supplied from the purification filters, wherein the purification filters connected to one purification filter having a filter therein for filtering specific harmful components, an influx portion being connected to the exhaust portion of the purification filter, and the purification filters has the exhaust portion for purifying the introduced water and the other purification filter having a filter therein, and wherein one end of the processing unit is connected to the exhaust portion of the purification filter at the last stage of the purification filter and the other end of the processing unit is connected to the exhaust line of the water.

The magnetic water purifier as claimed in chum 1, wherein said purification filter further includes : a micro filter having an influx portion connected to the supply line portion, for preventing rust stain, dregs, floating particles and various bacteria a prefilter having an influx portion connected to the exhaust portion of the micro filter, for removing alien substance and an impurity ; a carbon filter having an influx portion connected to the exhaust portion of the prefilter, for removing a heavy metal a carcinogenic substance, and chemical components such as agricultural chemicals, a synthetic detergent, and the ce ; and a mineral filter having an influx portion connected to the exhaust portion of the carbon filter, for preventing a smell within the water and diffusion of bacteria and removing a heavy metal and for supplementing the mineral components.

The magnetic water purifier as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said purification filter further includes : a connection line having a desired diameter and length and integrally connected between the supply line and the exhaust line and, a plurality of threeway valves one ends of the plurality of the threeway valves are connected to the influx portions of each of the purification filters in the connection line and the influx portion in the magnetic processing unit and the other ends of the plurality of the threeway valves are connected on the connection line, for selectively controlling the flow of the water, and a plurality of the check valves connected on the exhaust portions of each of the purification filters, for preventing an adverse current of the water.

The magnetic water purifier as claimed in claim 3, wherein said purification filter further includes: a plurality of actuators mounted on the threeway valves, respectively, for applying a driving force of opening and closing a corresponding threeway valve, an actuatordriving unit for driving each of the actuators, a control unit for applying a driving signal to the actuator driving unit to close/open the threeway valves, and an input unit for applying an input signal of controlling the opening./closing of the control unit by means of the threeway valves.
5. The magnetic water purifier as chaimed in claim 4, wherein said control unit and said input unit are installed on a case into which the puriciation filter, the magnetic processing unit, the connection line, and the like.
Description:
A WATER PURIFIER FOR MAKING THE MAGNETIZATION WATER BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field oftbe Inventi The invention relates generally to a magnetic water purifier, and more particularly to a magnetic water purifier that can prevent formation of an impurity such as scales within the pipe, purify large amount of water without a chemical processing and allows a user to selectively purify water depending on the purpose of the water.

Description ofthe PriorArt : As environmental pollution becomes serious due to a pollutant that is occurred in process of industrialization, the moderns are exposed various harmful contaminated factors in their daily life. In particular, as drinking water is seriously contaminated, natural water intact comes not to drink.

In addition, external pollutant is introduced into the waterworks due to aged waterworks. The quality of water within the waterworks becomes deteriorated due to scale generated within the pipe Thus, the water of the waterworks comes not to drink.

Due to this situation, there has been developed various types of water purifiers for purifying the drinking water in order to improve the quality of water.

However, this efirt for improvintg the quality of the water is limited to a small-size device such as the water purifier for purifying the drinking water.

Therefore, there is a need for a large-scale device for improving the quality of the water that can process a large amount of the drinking water. Further, the device for processing a large amount of the drinking water mainly depends on chemical process using a chemicaL In addition, as the purifying process is limitedly applied to the drinking water, animals and plants are defenseless exposed to the environmental pollution. A second contamination of a human being due to the animals and plants is caused, which becomes a social problem.

Further, as a common water purifier uniformly provides a specific quality of drinking water depending on the level of purification provided by a manufacturer's water purifier, this quality of water could not be used for a public purpose or a public location and does not entirely reflect a user's taste. For example, this kind of water could not be used for specific medicine manufacturer, medical facilities, farms, and the like. Therefore, there is a problem that additional purification facility is installed depending on its purpose.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is contrived to solve the above problems and an object of the

present invention is to provide a magnetic water purifier capable of preventing formation of an impurity such as scale within the pipe and purifying a large amount of water without using a chemical process.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic water purifier that allows a user to selectively purify the water depending on its purpose.

In order to accomplish the above object, a magnetic water purifier according to the present invention, is characterized in that it comprises a plurality of purification filters having an exhaust portion for purifying and exhausting introduced water, in which an influx portion is connected to a supply line connected to a supply unit of water, and a hexagonal shape processing unit for generating a strong magnetic field to the water supplied from the purification filters, wherein the purification niters connected to one purification filter having a filter therein for filtering specific harmful components, an influx portion being connected to the exhaust portion of the purification filter, and the purification Biters has the exhaust portion for purifying the introduced water and the other purification filter having a filter therein, and wherein one end of the processing unit is connected to the exhaust portion of the purification alter at the last stage of the purification filter and the other end of the processing unit is connected to the exhaust line of the water.

Preferably, the purification Biter further includes a micro filter having an influx portion connected to the supply line portion, for preventing rust stain, dregs, floating

particles and various bacteria ; a pre-filter having an influx portion connected to the exhaust portion of the micro filter, for removing alien substance and an impurity ; a carbon filter having an influx portion connected to the exhaust portion of the pre-filter, for removing a heavy metal, a carcinogenic substance, and chemical components such as agricultural chemicals, a synthetic detergent, and the Eke ; and a mineral filter having an influx portion connected to the exhaust portion of the carbon filter, for preventing a smell within the water and diffusion of bacteria and removing a heavy metal and for supplementing the mineral components.

Meanwhile, the purification filter further includes a connection line having a desired diameter and length and integrally connected between the supply line and the exhaust line and, a plurality of three-way valves one ends of the plurality of the three-way valves are connected to the influx portions of each of the purification filters in the connection line and the influx portion in the magnetic processing unit and the other ends of the plurality of the three-way valves are connected on the connection line, for selectively controlling the Bow of the water, and a plurality of the check valves connected on the exhaust portions of each of the purification niters, for preventing an adverse current of the water Preferably, the purification filter further includes a plurality of actuators mounted on the three-way valves, respectively, for applying a driving force of opening and closing a corresponding three-way valve, an actuator driving unit for driving each of the actuators, a

control unit for applying a driving signal to the actuator driving unit to close/open the three- way valves, and an input unit for applying an input signal of controlling the opening./closing of the control unit by means of the three-way valves.

According to the magnetic water pminer of the present invention, a large amount of water can be purified without using chemical processing. Thus, formation of scale due to an impurity can be prevented by means of the magnetic processing unit. Further, hexagonal shape water can be generated which is useful to the human body. More particularly, the users can obtain desired water depending on its purpose by selectively purifying the water. The present invention can be widely applied to various industry fields.

The purification time and the maintenance can be reduced.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a magnetic water purifier according to a second embodiment of the present invention ; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the magnetic water purifier according to the second embodiment of the present invention ; and Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a magnetic water purifier according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail by was of a preferred embodiment with reference to accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a magnetic water purifier according to a first embodiment of the present invention ; and Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a magnetic processing unit applied to the present invention.

As can bee seen from Fig. 1, the magnetic water purifier comprises a purification filter 30, a plurality of purification filtes 40, 50 and 60, and a magnetic processing unit 70.

The purification filter 30 includes an influx portion 32 connected to the supply line 20 connected to the supply unit of water, an exhaust portion 34 for purifying and exhausting introduced water, and a filter 36 for filtering specific harmful components. The plurality of purification filters 40, 50 and 6Q are serially connected together. The purification filters 40,

50 and 60 includes an influx portion connected to the exhaust portion 34 of the purification filter 30, an exhaust portion for purifying and exhausting introduced water, and a filter for filtering specific harmful components or supplying helpful components for the human body.

The one end of the magnetic processing unit 70 is connected to an exhaust portion 64 of the purification filter 60 at the final stage in the purification filter and the other end of the magnetic processing unit 70 is connected to an exhaust line 80 of the water. A strong magnetic field supplied within the magnetic processing unit 70 is generated to prevent formation of scale due to an impurity and to thus change the molecular structure of the water, so that hexagonal-shape water can be generated.

The purification filter includes a micro filter 30 having the influx portion 32 connected to the supply line portion 20, for preventing rust stain, dregs, floating particles and various bacteria; a pre-filter 40 having the influx portion 42 connected to the exhaust portion 34 of the micro filter 30, for removing alien substance and an impurity ; a carbon water 50 having the influx portion 52 connected to the exhaust portion 44 of the pre-filter 40, for removing a heavy metal, a carcinogenic substance, and chemical components such as agricultural chemicals, a synthetic detergent, and the lie, and a mineral filter 60 having the influx portion 62 connected to the exhaust portion 54 of the carbon filter 50, for preventing a smell within the water and dusion of bacteria and removing a heavy metal and for supplementing the mineral components. As the structure of the niters is well known in the

art. Thus, a detailed explanation on the structure of the filters will be omitted.

As can be seen from Fig. 2, the magnetic processing unit includes a plurality of permanent magnets and a magnetic metal. The plurality of the permanent magnets are arranged within the pipe where the magnets having the same magnetic poles are arranged facing each other. Also, the magnetic metal is connected between both the poles so that a strong magnetic circuit can be introduced into both the poles. Thus, as a multiple of magnetic field bands are armed in vertical to transit fluid, uniform magnetism energy is supplied to thus form hexagonal shape water having an approximate hexagonal shape in the molecular structure. It should be noted that the magnetic processing unit is not limited to that shown in Fig. 2 but can be variously modified within the spirit of the present invention.

An operation of the magnetic water purifier according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be below described by reference to Fig. 1.

If the water is supplied to the micro filter 30 via the supply line 20, the filter serves to remove rust stain, dregs, a foreign substance and folating particles and to prevent various bacteria. Then, if the water is introduced into the pre-filter 40 via the exhaust portion 34 of the micro filter 30, rust stain, foreign substance and an impurity within the water are removed. Meanwhile, if the water is introduced into the influx portion 52 of the carbon filter 50 via the exhaust portion 44 of the pre-filter 40, other foreign substance and an impurity within the water other than the rust strain are removed.

Also, if the water is introduced into the mineral filter 60 via the exhaust portion 54 of the carbon filter 50, smell and a heavy metal within the water are moved and diSusion of bacteria is prevented while the taste of the water becomes better and short mineral components is supplemented.

Then, if thus purified water is introduced into the magnetic processing unit 70, a strong magnetic field is applied to the water, so that formation of scale due to the impurity is prevented and water having a hexagonal shape in the molecular structure is generated.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a magnetic water purifier according to a second embodiment of the present invention; and Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the magnetic water purifier according to the second embodiment of the present invention, wherein like reference numerals in the first embodiment are used to identify the same or similar parts.

As shown in the drawings, the magnetic water purifier according to the second embodiment of the present invention basically includes a plurality of purification filters and a magnetic processing unit, which are connected between the supply line to which the water is supplied and the exhaust line and have filters for performing various purification functions on the water.

The magnetic water purifier further includes a connection line 90, a plurality of three-way valves 100 and a plurality of check valves 110. The connection line 90 is connected between the supply line and the exhaust line and has a desired diameter and

length. One ends of the plurality of the three-way valves 100 are connected to the influx portions 32,42,52 and 62 of each of the purification filters 30 0, 50 and 60 in the connection line 90 and the influx portion 72 in the magnetic processing unit 70 and the other ends of the plurality of the three-way valves 100 are connected on the connection line 90, so that the flow of the water is selectively controlled. The plurality of the check valves 110 for preventing an adverse current of the water are connected on the exhaust portions 34, 44,54 and 64 of each of the purification filters 30, 40, 50 and 60.

The three-way valves 100 are common three-way valves that are closedfopened by a manual manipulation, wherein both exhaust portions of the three-way valves 100 except for the influx portion are selectively opened/closed by a disk. The three-way valves 100 are installed on a case 120 into which the purification filter, the magnetic processing unit, the connection line, and the like are received, as shown in Fig. 4. Further, a door 122, which is closed and opened, is installed on the three-way valves 100. However, it should be noted that the shape of the case 120 and the installation location of the three-way valve 100 are limited thereto but can be variously modified within the scope of the present invention.

An operation of the magnetic water purifier according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be below described.

In case that a purification process by a specific purification filter is not required

during a process that the water is purified by each of the purification filters, the three-way valve 100 installed at the influx portion of a corresponding purification filter is closed.

Thus, as the water is not introduced into a corresponding purification filter, the stay time of the water is reduced and the entire purification time can be thus reduced. In addition, as the replacement time of the filter built in the purification filter can be extended, there is an effect that the maintenance can be reduced. At this time, each of the check valves serves to prevent an adverse current of the water.

For example, in case of a process of fabricating the medicines affecting an adverse effect on the medicines when additional mineral components are introduced, the three-way valve mounted on the influx portion of the mineral Biter in the first embodiment is shut.

Thus, as additional mineral components are not added to the water, a desired quality of a medicine can be obtained. Further, in case that such mineral components are later required, the three-way valve on the mineral niter''side can be opened. Thus, there are advantages that conveniences of the user can be increased, additional equipments are not required and the cost can be reduced.

Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a magnetic water purifier according to a third embodiment of the present invention, wherein like reference numerals in the second and third embodiment are used to identify the same or similar parts.

The magnetic water purifier according to the third embodiment of the present

invention basically includes a plurality of purification filters and a magnetic processing unit, which are connected between the supply line to which the water is supplied and the exhaust line and have filters for performing various purification functions on the water.

The magnetic water purifier further includes a connection line 90, a plurality of three-way valves 100 and a plurality of check valves 110. At this time, the connection line 90 of a given diameter is connected between the supply line and the exhaust line. One ends of the plurality of the three-way valves 100 are connected to the influx portions 32,42, 52 and 62 of each of the purification filters 30,40,50 and 60 in the connection line 90 and the influx portion 72 in the magnetic processing unit 70 and the other sides of the plurality of the three-way valves 100 are connected on the connection line 90, so that the flow of the water is selectively controlled. Meanwhile, the plurality of check valves 110 for preventing an adverse current of the water are installed on the exhaust portion 34,44,54 and 64 of each of the purification filters 30, 40, 50 and 60.

In this structure, the magnetic water purifier further includes a plurality of actuators 1N mounted on the three-way valves I00, respectively, for applying a driving force by which a corresponding three-way valve can be closed/opened, an actuator driving unit 130 for driving each of the actuators 120, a control unit 140 for applying a driving signal to the actuator driving unit 130 to closeJopen the three-way valves, and an input unit 150 for applying an input signal by which the opening./closing of the control unit 140 is controlled

by means of the three-way valves.

Also, the input unit is constructed to have a ten key determined by a predetermined sequence of the three-way valves. The input unit includes an on-off switch, an emergency switch, and the like. On an emergency, the entire three-way valves are shut.

In addition, the control unit 140 and the input unit 150 are located on the case into which respective purification filters 30,40,50 and 60, the magnetic processing unit 70, the connection line 90, and the like are contained. Meanwhile, additional pump for increasing the capacity of processing the water may be installed at the front edge of the connection line.

Further, more than one assistant tanks for containing the water from the exhaust line are installed.

A cooling unit, a heating unit, or the like are installed in the assistant tank. Thus, a small cool and warm machine for use in home and office can be constructed.

An operation of the magnetic water purifier according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be below described.

As shown in Fig. 5, if a button of the input unit 150 is manipulated, an input signal is transferred to the control unit 140. The control unit accordingly sends the control signal to the actuator-driving unit 130, so that a driving signal is generated. Thus, a corresponding three-way valve 120 is closed and opened by the actuator 120 driven by the driving signal to perform a purification operation.

As such, if the purification process is adequately used by controlling the input unitdepending on its purpose, the usability is widened and the purification time and the maintenance can be reduced.

As mentioned above, according to the magnetic water purifier of the present invention, a large amount of water can be purified without chemical processing. Therefore, there are outstanding advantages that hexagonal shape water useful to the human body can be sufficiently obtained. Further, the present invention can be widely applied to the breeding or cultivation of the animals and plants.

In addition, as the users can selectively obtain desired water depending on its purpose, the present invention can be widely applied to various industry fields. Further, the purification time and the maintenance can be reduced.

The present invention has been described with reference to a particular embodiment in connection with a particular application. Those having ordinary skill in the art and access to the teachings of the present invention will recognize additional modifications and applications within the scope thereof It is therefore intended by the appended claims to cover any and all such applications, modifications, and embodiments within the scope of the present invention.
