Abstract:
This water quality analyzer is provided with: a combustion tube (2) for internally burning a liquid sample; a sample introducing unit (6; 8) which executes a sample introduction operation to introduce the sample to the combustion tube (2); a pressure sensor (28) for detecting the pressure inside the combustion tube (2); a temperature sensor (38) for detecting the temperature of the combustion tube (2); and a determining unit (46) configured to determine whether the combustion tube (2) and/or the sample introducing unit (6; 8) is normal or abnormal, on the basis of an output from the pressure sensor (28) and an output from the temperature sensor (38) immediately following execution of the sample introduction operation by the sample introducing unit (6; 8).
