Abstract:
A water quality measurement device, comprising: a water sample collection mechanism (100), provided with a water pump (110) and a water pumping pipe (120); a water sample containing mechanism (200), which is in communication with one end of the water pumping pipe (120) and provided with a water sample dropper (220) and a water sample electromagnetic valve (210) for controlling a water sample to drip from the water sample dropper (220); a reagent containing mechanism (300), which is provided with a reagent dropper (320) and a reagent electromagnetic valve (310) for controlling the water sample to drip from the reagent dropper (320); a water quality measurement mechanism (400), which is positioned below the water sample containing mechanism (200) and the reagent containing mechanism (300) and provided with a color sensor (410) and a measurement container for mixing and containing the water sample and a reagent; a rotary disc mechanism (500), which is provided with a rotary disc rotating electric motor (510) and a rotary disc (520) for driving the water quality measurement mechanism to rotate, with the rotary disc rotating electric motor (510) being connected to the rotary disc (520); and a main control mechanism, which is connected to the water pump (110), the water sample electromagnetic valve (210), the reagent electromagnetic valve (310), the color sensor (410) and the rotating electric motor (510). The water quality measurement device can automatically pump, titrate, shake well and measure the water sample in a mechanical automation manner, and has the advantages of being easy and fast to operate, low in cost, and convenient for production and popularization.
